⚠ Once a filter cartridge has been opened and used with water, it cannot be accepted as a return for hygiene and safety reasons. If your filter is defective, please contact us — we'll send a replacement.
How to Start a Return
1Email us at returns@vitarain.online with your order number and reason for return, or use our contact form.
2Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our returns address. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4Once we receive and inspect the item (1–3 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
All orders ship free — no shipping charges to refund
